Avenues Sunnybank Hills seeks a passionate Assistant Centre Manager / Educational Leader (Non-Contact) to join our team and support the Centre Manager in leadership and mentoring. The role focuses on implementing Queensland Kindergarten Curriculum Guidelines and Early Years Learning Frameworks with strong organisational skills.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma of ECEC (Bachelor's is highly regarded) and a solid grasp of EYLF/NQS.

Qualifications

• Diploma of ECEC is required or strongly preferred.
• Understanding of NQF, QKLG and EYLF/NQS.
• First Aid/CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor alongside the Centre Manager.
• Ensure high-quality educational delivery and compliance with QKLG/EYLF.
• Support staff development and child safety practices.
