Job summary

Community Kids Meadow Heights Early Education Centre, part of G8 Education, is seeking an Assistant Centre Manager/Educational Leader to join our team. You will support the Centre Manager and lead educational programs to deliver a high-quality learning environment for children aged 0–5.

You will hold an ACECQA approved Diploma in Children’s Services, understand EYLF and NQS, and have proven teaching experience. Applicants must have a current Working with Children Check and First Aid.

Qualifications

• ACE QA approved Diploma in Children’s Services.
• Understanding of EYLF and NQS.
• Proven educator experience with children 0–5 years.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate.

Responsibilities

• Support Centre Manager in daily operations.
• Lead educational program aligned with EYLF.
• Foster a safe, engaging learning environment for 0–5s.
• Support staff development and mentoring.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
