Job summary

Little Scholars Deception Bay Campus is seeking an Assistant Campus Manager & Educational Leader to support the Campus Manager and lead delivery of a high-quality curriculum across the service.

The role requires a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent), a current Working with Children Check, and up-to-date First Aid/CPR plus emergency asthma and anaphylaxis training. Experience with NQF/NQS/EYLF/QKLG and strong curriculum interpretation are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Current First Aid CPR and emergency asthma and anaphylaxis training.
• Experience with the NQF, NQS, EYLF & QKLG.
• Ability to interpret curriculum documents.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Campus Manager when needed and support/lead your team when required.
• Oversee development and implementation of studio programs across the campus.
• Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment.
• Collaborate within a team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
• Oversee and role model the delivery of a high-quality, inclusive educational program.
• Participate in professional and personal development.
• Promote the service within the local community in line with Vision, Mission and Values.
