Job summary

Little Scholars Deception Bay North is seeking a part-time Compliance Officer to monitor and enhance compliance across the campus, collaborating with the Campus Manager and Leadership Team. This role focuses on maintaining high regulatory standards while supporting educators to confidently meet requirements.

The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of early childhood compliance, leadership experience and exceptional attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of early childhood regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Previous leadership or mentoring experience within an early childhood setting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the confidence to identify and address compliance matters.
• A collaborative team player who enjoys supporting educators and contributing to a positive campus culture.

Responsibilities

• Audit compliance across the campus and maintain accurate, up-to-date records.
• Conduct regular health, safety and compliance checks and identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with the Campus Manager and Educational Leadership Team to maintain high standards.
• Mentor and support educators to confidently meet compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance, follow up actions and contribute to continuous improvement across the campus.
