Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as an Early Childhood professional with leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of relevant frameworks and legislation.
• Current certifications including First Aid, CPR, and Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Guide development of engaging play-based learning programs.
• Mentor and coach educators for high-quality documentation.
• Ensure compliance with National Quality Standards and Council policies.
• Balance in-ratio and out-of-ratio responsibilities.
