Only About Children Rose Bay Village is seeking an Educational Leader to guide a warm, joyful learning community. You will lead educators, shape learning experiences, and foster exploration with care and clarity.

We value a Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and prior leadership experience, and you’ll help create a safe, inclusive environment where children grow through play and curiosity.

Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
• Demonstrate warmth, clarity and care in communication.
• Prior Educational Leader or senior leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support educators to develop learning programs.
• Guide exploration, collaboration and new experiences in learning.
• Ensure safety, wellbeing and inclusive practice for all children.

We're the children at Only About Children Rose Bay Village, and we've been making big wishes for someone very special to help lead our warm, happy community. Our campus is full of laughter, tiny footsteps, and the smell of crayons and sunshine. We're a cosy64-place service with bright learning spaces and outdoor areas where we chase bubbles, spot butterflies, and make friends with the trees. Every day, we build towers to the sky, paint masterpieces, and discover new wonders about our world. But we need a grown-up leader who believes that every day is a chance to grow, explore, and smile.

We need a super smart person to help guide us and our educators on a journey or exploration, collaboration, and exciting new experiences to develop our learning and development. We love learning and can't wait to see how you will imprint your own experience and knowldge into our classrooms to help us learn more every day.
