Job summary

Only About Children Rose Bay Village is seeking an Educational Leader to guide a warm, happy learning community for our 64-place childcare campus. You will shape daily learning experiences, lead educators, and ensure a safe, nurturing environment that celebrates children’s growth and curiosity.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and have prior Educational Leader or senior leadership experience, with a warm, clear, caring communication style and a focus on safety and

• Hold a Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
• Experience in Educational Leader or senior leadership roles.
• Ability to communicate with warmth, clarity, and care.
• Commitment to child safety and security in childcare.

We're the children at Only About Children Rose Bay Village, and we've been making big wishes for someone very special to help lead our warm, happy community. Our campus is full of laughter, tiny footsteps, and the smell of crayons and sunshine. We're a cosy 64-place service with bright learning spaces and outdoor areas where we chase bubbles, spot butterflies, and make friends with the trees. Every day, we build towers to the sky, paint masterpieces, and discover new wonders about our world.
