Job summary

Guardian Childcare & Education Seacombe Gardens is seeking an Educational Leader to guide programming and mentor educators. You’ll shape learning experiences, drive the centre’s improvement plan, and foster a culture of high-quality teaching.

The Centre:

Guardian Seacombe Gardens has beautiful learning environments, thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces and strong ties with the local community.With only a five-minute drive from Seacliff Railway Station and an on-site car park, it’s a convenient commute for our employees.

Here’s what you’ll bring:

• Completion of the national mandatory Child Protection training via the GECCKO platform
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a higher-level qualification (e.g. Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent)
• Current Teacher’s Accreditation/ Registration (NSW, SA, VIC & WA)
• Proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework
• Previous experience working in the early years sector (desirable)
• Valid Working with Children’s Check or state-specific equivalent
