Qualifications

• Experience delivering digital-content, publishing-technology or content-operations through lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of metadata, taxonomy, content modelling and search.
• Ability to translate content needs into clear requirements and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Content development: identify improvements to structure, find, reuse and distribute content.
• Discovery and requirements: translate workflows into prioritised requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Technology delivery: work with developers to ensure solutions meet outcomes.
• Technology evaluation: assess AI, automation, search, metadata and structured content use.
• Content standards: support interoperability standards and CMS integration.
• Testing and adoption: coordinate testing and measure performance for improvements.
• Governance and quality: address rights, provenance, accessibility and privacy.
• Stakeholder collaboration: align with Content, Product, Technology teams and partners.
