Job summary

The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) is seeking a Project Lead – Education and Training Quality in Melbourne. You will lead the education quality framework, governance and assurance activities to strengthen accreditation outcomes and continuous improvement in GP education programs.

You will manage quality reporting, work with leaders and committees, and embed sustainable quality practices that support RACGP's mission and health system impact.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading quality, governance, assurance or continuous improvement initiatives in complex organisations.
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement and governance reporting capabilities.
• Ability to analyse complex information and communicate across diverse stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of education quality, governance and assurance framework.
• Manage quality reporting, continuous improvement processes and governance mechanisms with key stakeholders.
