Job summary

TAFE NSW is seeking a Workforce Development Lead to plan, design and drive capability initiatives across the Education Technology Ecosystem. You will partner with operational teams and senior stakeholders to translate system changes into practical learning outcomes for staff across multiple campuses.

The role requires leading development programs, applying instructional design, and engaging diverse groups to deliver scalable solutions. Location is NSW-wide with campus availability considerations.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
• Experience leading development and implementation of workforce capability programs in a large organisation.
• Experience applying instructional design to create practical learning solutions.
• Experience using a range of facilitation methods and technologies to engage diverse groups.
• Strong stakeholder engagement; ability to identify capability needs and gain support for an effective approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design and delivery of capability initiatives across the Education Technology Ecosystem.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple stakeholders and manage risks and changing priorities.
• Identify capability needs and develop practical, scalable learning solutions.
• Use feedback and data to evaluate impact and improve the approach.
• Turn complex system and process changes into clear capability outcomes for staff.
