Job summary

You will navigate university governance, engage diverse stakeholders across academic, administrative and clinical units, facilitate workshops, and deliver evidence-based recommendations to support executive decisions.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and competing priorities.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and reporting skills.
• Experience evaluating clinical software platforms or healthcare-related technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a discovery and evaluation project for software platform selection.
• Engage with incumbent vendors, shortlisted providers, and emerging market entrants.
• Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering, and stakeholder consultations.
• Assess software solutions against business, technical, and operational requirements.
• Develop comprehensive evaluation reports, recommendations, and executive-level documentation.
• Manage project governance, risks, dependencies, and reporting.
• Build strong relationships across academic, administrative, and operational stakeholder groups.
