Responsibilities

• Actively support and contribute to the Catholic ethos of Star of the Sea.
• Deliver and support inclusive learning programs under the direction of the classroom teacher.
• Demonstrate collaboration within a learning community and build positive relationships.
• Support students with diverse and special needs, including those with challenging behaviours.
• Supervise and care for students with personalised plans for learning.
• Assist with identifying learning or behaviour challenges and support teachers during excursions and events.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional learning opportunities.
• Use restorative practices to support positive relationships and resolve conflicts.
