Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, Public Policy, Technology or related discipline.
• Postgraduate qualifications highly regarded.
• Consulting, project management, business analysis or change management certifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Shape proposals, bids and RFP responses with education sector insight.
• Advise clients and Infosys teams on education outcomes and sector trends.
• Develop compelling value propositions, business cases and benefits-realisation frameworks.
• Review and validate solution approaches from an education and operational perspective.
• Facilitate workshops, strategic planning sessions and executive presentations.
• Support account planning, opportunity qualification and sector growth initiatives.
• Build trusted relationships with school leaders, executive teams, boards, community representatives and government stakeholders.
• Support large-scale transformation programs including ERP, CRM, Student Management, Workforce Management and Finance.
• Work closely with account leadership and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.
