Job summary

Five Senses Education is seeking a Sales Administrator for our Schools team in Seven Hills, Sydney. You will be the first point of contact for schools, managing a high volume of emails and phone calls, guiding customers through the ordering process, and collaborating with colleagues preparing quotes and fulfilling orders to ensure a smooth service.

This busy role requires excellent data entry, a customer-focused approach and strong teamwork with warehouse and accounts to keep orders moving.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a high-level administration or customer service role.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
• Friendly, customer-focused approach and confident phone manner.
• Ability to juggle competing priorities and stay calm in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing a high volume of incoming emails and phone calls from schools, responding promptly and professionally.
• Supporting schools at every stage of the ordering process, from initial enquiries and quotes through to order confirmation and delivery follow-up.
• Processing incoming orders with a high degree of accuracy.
• Liaising with internal teams such as warehouse and accounts to resolve queries and keep orders moving.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and order information in our systems.
• Providing general administrative support to the schools team as it grows.
