Job summary

Catholic Education Diocese of Bathurst invites applications for a Project Administration Assistant to provide dedicated support for a project reviewing the use of student images across Catholic Education Diocese of Bathurst schools and digital channels. The role focuses on reviewing social media accounts, websites, digital advertising and other identified platforms.

You will also undertake other administrative tasks to support the delivery of the project, with emphasis on confidentiality,

Qualifications

• Previous experience in administrative, project support, or coordination roles.
• Strong attention to detail and able to manage high volumes of information.
• Proficient with social media, websites, spreadsheets and shared document systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Commitment to confidentiality and integrity.
• Hold a current WWCC.
