The Office Staff at The Assumption Catholic Primary School play a crucial role in shaping the first impressions of our school, serving as the initial point of contact for students, parents, and visitors alike. Positioned at the heart of the school’s daily administration activities, this position reports directly to and collaborates closely with the Office Manager and Principal to ensure a welcoming and efficient front office environment.
With responsibilities ranging from managing phone calls and emails, to assisting with administrative and communication tasks and providing support to students and staff, the Front Office Administrator is vital in maintaining an organised and positive atmosphere within the school.
