Job summary

Bytewize Consulting is recruiting for a Technical Support to Schools Program (TSSP) role in Victoria. The specialist will manage ICT infrastructure across Department of Education schools, support staff and students, and administer large enterprise environments under a contract, casual, or permanent arrangement with pro-rata salary terms.

Candidates must have at least 5 years of industry experience, preferably within TSSP or education ICT, and be eligible to work in Australia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industry experience.
• Experience within the TSSP program or education sector preferred.
• Ability to manage ICT infrastructure across multiple schools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ICT infrastructure across Department of Education schools.
• Administer and support school networks and server environments.
• Provide ICT support services in large, technology-driven learning environments.
• Collaborate with school leadership teams and deliver ICT professional development when required.
