Bytewize in Victoria is seeking experienced IT professionals to deliver Technical Support to Schools Program (TSSP). These roles are not entry-level and require at least 5 years of industry experience, with work across Department of Education sites.

You will manage ICT infrastructure, support staff and students, and maintain enterprise environments, while collaborating with school leadership and providing ICT professional development.

Qualifications

• Administration of Windows and Linux-based servers.
• MDM deployment and administration.
• Advanced enterprise networking (Cisco & HP switching).
• SOE and image deployment, with advanced troubleshooting skills.
• Experience supporting large fleets of desktops and notebooks.
• Experience with 1:1 and BYOD device planning, deployment, and management.
• Strong technical documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage and maintain ICT infrastructure across Department of Education schools.
• Administer and support school networks and server environments.
• Provide ICT support services in large, technology-driven learning environments.
• Collaborate with school leadership teams and deliver ICT professional development when required.
