Job summary

Sandringham College is seeking an experienced ICT Network Manager to oversee the school’s LAN, servers, cyber security and end-user devices, ensuring continuous safe learning and administration. You will coordinate ICT support across the college and maintain infrastructure in line with Education Department standards.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, communication skills and the ability to mentor ICT staff, with a focus on service delivery to staff and students.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows and Apple device support, Compass LMS and device management platforms.
• Ability to investigate ICT issues across hardware, software, networking and connectivity.
• Strong communication to provide ICT support to staff and students.
• Professional IT qualification or certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage school LAN, servers, cybersecurity and end-user devices.
• Coordinate ICT technical support across the College.
• Maintain hardware and software infrastructure and ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee deployment of eduPass, budget oversight and ICT roadmap.
• Mentor ICT support staff and handle other duties as assigned.
