Job summary

Sandringham College requires an experienced IT Network Manager to oversee the school’s LAN, servers and device fleet, ensuring safe, continuous learning and administration across campuses. You will coordinate technical support, enforce cybersecurity protocols and align with Department of Education standards.

You will lead infrastructure and system management, support staff and students, and contribute to the ICT roadmap while mentoring junior staff and ensuring financial oversight.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide ICT support for Windows and Apple devices.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve ICT issues across hardware, software, and networks.
• Strong communication and teamwork to support staff and students.

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Management: install, configure and maintain school devices and networks.
• System Support: troubleshoot connectivity and software/hardware issues.
• Security and Compliance: monitor cyber safety, privacy and data protection per DoE standards.
• Identity Management: oversee eduPass and digital resource access for staff/students.
• Financial Management and Planning: oversee IT budget and long-term ICT roadmap.
• Other Duties: mentor and supervise ICT staff and support school operations.
