Job summary

Alta-1 College is looking for an ICT Helpdesk and Support role to assist staff and students in Moreton Bay Region, QLD. The position supports Microsoft 365, identity management and device deployment, with focus on reliable ICT services that underpin learning.

The role is a maternity leave cover with potential for ongoing 0.5 FTE after the initial period. The successful candidate will work under the College Business Manager and Principal, contributing to a trauma‑informed, caring educational

Qualifications

• Relevant ICT qualifications (minimum Certificate III in Information, Digital Media and Technology/Certificate IV in Information Technology or higher)
• Experience troubleshooting ICT issues and providing outstanding service delivery
• Blue Card holder or ability to obtain one; willing to undergo National Criminal History Check
• Driver licence holder and ability to travel as required
