Job summary

Qualifications

• Generalist HR experience at senior coordinator, officer or advisory level.
• End-to-end recruitment and employment lifecycle operations.
• Experience with high-volume recruitment or volunteer workforces is a plus.
• Knowledge of Australian employment obligations and safe recruitment principles.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professional judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely HR advice to managers and employees on policies and workplace matters.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment including onboarding and documentation.
• Prepare employment contracts and variations in line with legislation and policies.
• Maintain confidential employee records and HR databases with privacy compliance.
• Support employee lifecycle processes: probation, performance reviews, leave, transfers, resignations and exits.
• Assist with interpretation and application of industrial awards and agreements.
• Provide HR support for investigations, grievances, performance management and disciplinary matters.
