Job summary

Oakhill College Castle Hill is seeking a Data Analytics Coordinator to lead data collection, analysis and reporting to drive academic improvement. The role involves developing dashboards and student profiles to inform teaching and learning, supporting intervention programs, and guiding curriculum planning through data insights.

The successful candidate will hold a tertiary Education qualification with NSW NESA teacher accreditation, and bring advanced Excel and reporting skills, strong

Qualifications

• Lead the collection, analysis and reporting of student achievement and learning growth data.
• Develop dashboards, reports and student profiles to support teaching and learning.
• Assist with student monitoring, intervention programs and academic planning processes.
• Support subject selection, class allocation and curriculum planning through data analysis.
• Facilitate professional learning and data-literate practice.

Responsibilities

• Experience in educational data analysis or a similar analytical role.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and data interpretation capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
