Independent Education Union of Australia – NSW/ACT Branch is seeking an Education and Campaign Official for Early Childhood Education and Care. This contract runs 27 January 2027 to 31 December 2027, supporting uptake of Worker Retention Payment funding and compliance across NSW ECEC services.

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication skills, including written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a team and independently, manage workloads, and meet deadlines.
• Experience engaging with workers and service providers in a union or advocacy context.

Aufgaben

• Support uptake of Worker Retention Payment (WRP) in ECEC services.
• Maintain knowledge of grant materials and explain implications to stakeholders.
• Occasional travel to rural NSW and interstate; occasional out-of-hours meetings.
• Maintain accurate records and participate in weekly planning with leadership.
