Job summary

TransPerfect is seeking a Technical Project Manager for the Antitrust Practice Group in Sydney, Australia. The role provides high-level hosting support to APG project teams globally, managing electronic discovery workflows for ESI processing and production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or JD Degree or relevant experience.
• At least 7 years of eDiscovery and technical experience; vendor preferred.
• At least 5 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Project Management Teams and clients through the life cycle of a case.
• Manage high-level tasks and unique workflows.
• Troubleshoot technical issues for internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle multiple projects to ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate smooth transition between day and evening shifts.
• Develop analytical skills to research potential solutions and determine actions.
• Work with Relativity and Reef Review to execute document productions, including bates stamping and load files.
• Create custom event handlers and Relativity scripts to improve workflow.
