Job summary

Cabinet Components is a rapidly growing provider of premium custom flatpack cabinetry, proudly based at Moffat Beach. We are looking for an Edgebander Operator to join our small friendly team in our workshop on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.

The role offers casual hours with the potential to move to a permanent position, and involves operating edge banding equipment, maintaining safety standards, and contributing to a collaborative production environment.

Qualifications

• Mechanical mindset with a genuine interest in Edgebander operations – CNC training possible for the right candidate
• Forklift License (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Operate Edge bander efficiently.
• Sharp attention to detail paired with a solid commitment to consistently producing high-calibre work.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and reduce bottlenecks.
• Maintain machinery to the highest working standard and support stocktake and inventory control on the workshop floor.
• Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment, adhering to safety guidelines.
