Cairns Flat Packs is seeking a cabinet assembler to join our team in Cairns, QLD on a full-time basis. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of $35-$40 per hour, negotiable by experience, with a 4.5-day workweek and overtime opportunities.

Applicants with at least 3 years in a similar role, the ability to read technical drawings, and good communication skills are encouraged to apply. Flexibility and a team-oriented approach are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Assist with production, assembly and preparation for dispatch of flat pack and pre-assembled cabinetry orders.
• Operate Edge bander and CNC machine.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and designs.
• Ensure work meets high standards within timelines.
