Capers Early Learning Bald Hills is seeking qualified ECT educators with Cert III to join a dynamic team. The role focuses on nurturing care, facilitating age-appropriate learning experiences, and monitoring progress within a collaborative setting.

Applicants must have a Cert III in ECE, current First Aid/CPR, and a valid Working with Children Check. Knowledge of EYLF/NQF and strong communication with families are essential.

Qualifications

• Cert III in Early Childhood Education & Care is required.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates are mandatory.
• Working with Children Check is mandatory.
• Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework.

Responsibilities

• Provide nurturing care for children.
• 2) Facilitate learning experiences for your allocated group of children.
• Monitor children's engagement and learning progress.
• Evaluate effectiveness of different programs.
• Create a friendly, secure, and stimulating learning environment.
• Assist children with personal hygiene routines.
