Job summary

Young Academics Early Learning Centre is seeking an Early Childhood Educator (Certificate III) to support high-quality education for children aged 0–6 years. You will work within a team to implement EYLF-aligned programs, ensure safety, and engage with families to promote wellbeing and learning.

This full-time role operates on a rotating 6:30 am–6 pm roster, Monday to Friday, in Rouse Hill NSW, with a strong emphasis on child safety and partnership with families and the wider community.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and delivering programs for children aged 0–6 years.
• Knowledge of EYLF, NQS and sector regulations.
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
• WWCC approval for NSW and commitment to child safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist Room Leader to provide high-quality education and care.
• Deliver an inclusive, innovative program aligned with EYLF.
• Maintain safe environments and manage risks per health protocols.
• Collaborate with families to support child development goals.
• Build positive relationships within the team and with children.
