• Must have Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Ability to develop and implement a quality program.

• Develop, plan and implement a quality program reflecting the Early Years Learning Framework.
• Contribute to the delivery of Early learning Services by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information, and working collaboratively.
• Create a stimulating environment to foster and support children's development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, educators and the community.
