Job summary
Linden Cook Jewellery is seeking an experienced eCommerce Specialist to own the day-to-day performance and trading of our online store. This hands-on role covers Shopify, merchandising, email and SMS, audiences, product launches and website analytics to continually enhance the online shopping experience.
You’ll actively trade the site using data insights, maintain high accuracy, and collaborate with developers for technical changes.
Qualifications
- 3+ years hands-on eCommerce experience, ideally in DTC/retail/fashion/jewellery
- Strong technical eCommerce foundations and ability to own platforms from day one
- Ability to drive conversion, revenue, AOV and retention using data insights
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day trading of the Linden Cook website
- Manage Shopify storefront: products, variants, collections, pricing, promotions
- Lead product launches online with merchandising across site
- Update homepage, collections and product pages
- Run merchandising and campaigns based on performance and priorities
- Oversee navigation, promotions, discounts and campaign updates
- Collaborate with external developers for technical fixes
- Manage email and SMS activity in Klaviyo and build customer segments
- Develop automated customer journeys to improve retention and CLV
- Monitor analytics across Shopify, GA4 and Klaviyo and report insights
