Job summary

The Oodie, a proudly Australian ecommerce brand, seeks an Operations Manager to own end-to-end distribution—from inbound freight to warehousing and last-mile delivery.

You'll partner with 3PLs, freight forwarders, and internal teams to improve service levels, cost, and reliability while keeping the customer at the center. Ideal candidates have strong ecommerce fulfillment experience and can lead a growing team with a commercial mindset.
