Job summary

Spotlight Retail Group in Victoria is seeking an experienced ECommerce Operations Team Leader to drive the online fulfillment journey and lead a small team of Ecommerce Operations Administrators. You'll oversee order picking/packing, shipping, and customer inquiries; partner with store teams and senior stakeholders, and present KPI dashboards to guide improvement.

Qualifications

2+ years in eCommerce Operations, online fulfillment, or similar logistics role.
Experience leading and mentoring a small team in a fast-paced retail or logistics setting.
Strong understanding of order fulfillment, inventory, and customer service processes.
Analytical thinker with ability to solve operational challenges.
Excellent communication and ability to present data to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead a high-performing Ecommerce Operations Administrators team with coaching and mentoring.
Oversee and optimize the entire order fulfillment journey from picking to shipping.
Handle complex online order inquiries and escalations to deliver great customer service.
Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous process improvements to scale the business.
Collaborate with store teams, shared services, and senior stakeholders for end-to-end operations.
Prepare, monitor, and present KPI reports to inform strategy.
