The Athlete’s Foot is seeking an experienced eCommerce Specialist to help deliver a seamless online shopping experience. Working with the eCommerce Manager, you’ll trade and manage the website, support campaigns and product launches, and keep content accurate and commercially focused.

You will handle merchandising, promotions, and website updates, coordinate product launches, and contribute to CRM and digital marketing for strong online performance across footwear and fashion brands.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of eCommerce experience or similar role.
• Strong understanding of online merchandising and digital customer experience.
• Experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics or similar).
• Excellent organisational and multi-priority management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Proactive and hands-on approach with initiative.
• Commercial mindset aligned with online performance goals.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day merchandising and maintenance of the website.
• Trade the online business to drive sales and meet financial targets.
• Ensure product content, categorisation, pricing and promotions are accurate.
• Coordinate new arrivals, best sellers and sale products online.
• Work with Product to align launches, delivery dates and online content.
• Support marketing campaigns with timely website updates and banners.
• Project manage online campaigns and promotions with deadlines.
• Support CRM initiatives and grow the subscriber database.
