Job summary

Ghanda Clothing is seeking a mid-level Ecommerce Marketing Manager to own ecommerce platforms and lead strategy and execution of campaigns from our South Geelong head office. You will collaborate with a team to drive data-led marketing across email, SMS, paid media, social and promotions, while supporting ambassador programs and events.

The role requires hands-on experience across ecommerce and digital channels, strong copywriting, and proven ability to manage paid campaigns and marketing tech.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a digital marketing, ecommerce or CRM focused role.
• Retail or fashion industry experience is highly regarded.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative and content across marketing and ecommerce channels.
• Manage retention marketing including email and SMS campaigns and automation.
• Plan and execute promotions, discounts and sales activity.
• Oversee paid advertising across Google, Meta and TikTok.
• Oversee print marketing and collateral projects.
• Manage ambassador and sponsorship programmes.
• Plan and deliver activations and events across the retail network.
• Report on performance and propose improvements.
• Review and manage marketing technology platforms.
