Job summary

Medical Symbiosis in Sydney is seeking an entry-level ecommerce marketer to learn the trade inside a fast-growing health-focused company. You will coordinate promotions, briefs, and timelines across three brands and two markets, while gaining exposure to paid ads, email, site merchandising and AI-enabled optimization.

You’ll work closely with our Head of Growth to ensure promotions are executed on time, on brand, and on budget, with opportunities to own channels as you prove your impact.

Qualifications

• You’re curious and want to learn ecommerce marketing across three brands and two markets.
• You’re tech enabled and you love AI, using tools to improve work.
• You’re organised to a fault, meeting deadlines, checklists and follow-ups.
• You’re proactive and bring solutions, not just problems.
• You care about detail: typos, wrong prices, broken links caught before customers see them.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day running of the trade and promotional calendar across brands.
• Coordinate promotions with owners and dates, chase to done.
• Brief and coordinate email, creative, ops and dev teams.
• Quality check assets against briefs and brand guidelines.
• Manage paid creator logistics: scheduling, packs, invoices.
