Medical Symbiosis, based in Sydney, is expanding its in-house design function to support three brands across digital, social and ecommerce assets. You will own design from briefs to finished assets, with feedback loops to optimise performance.

The role emphasizes paid social ads (about 60%), email and web work for Shopify stores, plus some print/packaging. A collaborative, fast-paced environment values practical production skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years design experience or a strong portfolio.
• Solid fundamentals in typography, layout, hierarchy and colour.
• Portfolio showing range across digital, social or ecommerce work.
• Proficiency with Figma; Illustrator/InDesign/Photoshop helpful.

Responsibilities

• Create paid social ad concepts for three brands.
• Edit video assets and resize for feed, stories and reels.
• Design email templates, landing pages, banners, and on-site imagery.
• Produce print and packaging artwork and trade decks.
