Job summary

Manning Cartell in Marrickville, NSW, is seeking an Ecommerce & CRM Manager to own online customer experience from website to inbox. You'll run our website and CRM day to day, bringing plans to life across email and site and turning data into ideas that grow online revenue.

You’ll need 3–5 years in ecommerce/CRM, strong Klaviyo and Shopify skills, a confident writing style, and a data-driven mindset with a take-charge approach to plan execution within a growing fashion brand.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in ecommerce or CRM marketing, ideally in fashion, beauty or lifestyle.
• Strong hands-on Klaviyo and Shopify experience.
• A confident writer with an eye for brand tone.
• Comfort with data, and curiosity about what makes customers come back.
• The ability to take a plan and own it.

Responsibilities

• Plan, write, build and send our EDMs and grow revenue from our Klaviyo flows.
• Own site merchandising, product uploads, launches and sales in Shopify.
• Test and refine the site and email experience to lift conversion and repeat purchase.
• Report on performance and share insights that shape our plans.
• Manage our affiliate and creator commerce reporting.

Founded in 2005 by three sisters, MANNING CARTELL is a premium Australian fashion brand, designing considered, beautifully cut pieces built on the idea that confidence looks good on you. We're moving into a period of growth and building a new team where we’re looking for someone to own our online customer experience, from the website to the inbox.

The role

Reporting to our Head of Marketing, you'll run our website and CRM day to day, owning the results. You'll take the monthly plan, bring it to life across email and site, test what works, and turn the data into ideas that grow online revenue. You will work autonomously, be open to change, bring fresh ideas and energy and take genuine pride and interest in the success of the brand.

What you'll do
