Job summary

Accent Group is seeking an experienced ECommerce Business Analyst to join our Digital Delivery Team. You will drive business analysis for digital and eCommerce projects, partnering with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into practical solutions across testing and implementation.

The role focuses on delivering value across eCommerce platforms, integrations, and end-user materials while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analysis experience in a BA role.
• Experience across eCommerce and digital projects.
• Retail industry exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to identify, analyse and document business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews and discussions to understand business needs.
• Analyse current and future state processes and identify gaps and improvements.
• Develop business cases, user stories, and functional and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with vendors to define and agree on solutions.
• Support requirements traceability and benefits realisation.
• Provide testing support including UAT and SAT plans.
• Create end-user materials and documentation.
• Build relationships across the business and with technology partners.
