Job summary

Catholic Education Northern Territory seeks an ECEC Services Leader to manage the ELC and OSHC across Catholic schools in the region. You will act as Nominated Supervisor, lead and mentor staff, and ensure compliance with National Law, Regulations and CENT policies within a faith-based context.

The role offers a salary of A$120k–A$130k plus super, funded professional development, relocation support (if applicable) and benefits like discounted school fees for attending families.

Qualifications

• Hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent) with leadership experience.
• HLTAID012 and working with children clearances required or eligible.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor and develop staff for quality outcomes.
• Experience building a capable and engaged workforce in an ECEC setting.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Development: coach, mentor and inspire staff through induction and professional learning.
• Service Management: oversee budgets, enrolments, staff ratios and day-to-day operations in line with policy.
• Educational & Compliance Excellence: drive EYLF MTOP and NQS implementation and continuous improvement.
• Community & Culture: build partnerships with families, school leadership and allied health staff while upholding Catholic values.
