Explore & Develop Rhodes is seeking a full-time Certificate III or Diploma Educator to provide high-quality early childhood education and care within the Rhodes community. You will contribute to program planning, support child-led, play-based learning, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver reflective practice.

The role requires a Certificate III or Diploma in ECEC (or actively working towards), WWC NSW, and a commitment to child safety, with First Aid/CPR and ongoing professional

Qualifications

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively working towards)
Working with Children Check (NSW)
Committed to providing a child safe environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
First Aid, CPR, Child Protection & Geccko (or willingness to obtain)
Ongoing professional development and learning opportunities

Responsibilities

Provide high quality early childhood education and care
Contribute to program planning and child led, play based learning experiences
Provide aesthetic learning environments that meet the developmental needs and interests of children
Support the educational development of children
