ACM Parts is Australia’s leading provider of automotive parts and accessories. We are seeking an eBay Sales Coordinator to manage listings, interact with customers, process orders and drive sales performance.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of cars and car parts.
Experience in a similar role is advantageous.
Intermediate knowledge of computers/systems.

Responsibilities

Upload and maintain accurate eBay inventory listings with descriptions, photos, part numbers, vehicle compatibility, pricing and stock.
Answer telephone enquiries professionally and promptly.
Respond to customer messages, inquiries and offers in a timely manner.
Process orders and coordinate dispatch with operations.
Provide order updates and tracking information to customers.
Manage returns, refunds and disputes per policy and eBay requirements.
Monitor seller performance and address issues affecting satisfaction and account health.
Review listing performance and identify opportunities to boost sales.
Prepare daily, weekly and ad hoc sales performance reports.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and better customer outcomes.
