Job summary

Workforce Extensions Ballarat is seeking experienced Earthmoving Operators for an upcoming civil earthworks project near Echuca. We’re particularly interested in Roller and Scraper Operators, and operators with experience across a range of civil earthmoving machinery.

This roster offers 10 days on, 3 days off with ~10-hour days and flexibility for local operators. Solid earthworks experience and safety focus are essential for team success.

Qualifications

• Experience operating civil earthmoving machinery on bulk earthworks projects.
• Solid commitment to safety and site procedures.
• Current White Card and valid driver's licence with reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Operate scraper and watercart machinery as required.
• Work as part of a productive site team and follow site rules.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain equipment in good condition.
• Experience with GPS-controlled machinery is valued.

With a roster designed to provide a block of work followed by time off, this is a great opportunity for capable operators looking for their next project.

About the Roles

Our client is an established civil contractor delivering earthworks projects across regional Victoria. We're looking for reliable operators who take pride in their work, understand the importance of safety and can contribute to a productive site team.

Current requirements include:

• Scraper Operators, particularly 623G and 631 experience
• Watercart Operators
• We're also interested in experienced operators with skills across compactors, graders and dozers, including GPS-controlled machinery.

If you have solid civil earthmoving experience but your machinery type isn't listed above, we'd still like to hear from you.

What You'll Need
