ST Engineering is seeking a motivated Sales Representative for Earthmoving & Machinery Attachments in Kilsyth, VIC. This full-time, office-based role focuses on turning enquiries into orders and building lasting customer relationships within Australia.

You’ll manage inquiries, quote customers, and collaborate with workshops to deliver the right solutions while growing the business and our product reach.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales-focused role.
• Confidence speaking with customers and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Managing incoming sales enquiries across phone, email, website and social media.
• Speaking directly with customers to understand their machinery and attachment requirements.
• Preparing quotes, recommending products and progressing sales.
• Actively following up quotes and converting enquiries into orders.
• Building ongoing relationships with contractors, machinery dealers and commercial customers.
• Managing customer orders and keeping sales information up to date in our CRM.
• Working alongside workshop and engineering teams to deliver the right solutions.
