Job summary

Transport for NSW is offering a Civil Construction Apprenticeship in Narrabri beginning March 2027. This 3-year fixed-term, full-time program blends paid work with structured training toward a nationally recognised qualification.

Successful applicants will gain hands-on experience, develop communication and teamwork skills, and benefit from entry-level support within a NSW Government agency. Travel and physically demanding work are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Must have completed Year 10 or RoSA or equivalent.
• Willing to commence full-time in March 2027.
• C Class driver licence held or in progress.
• Access to reliable transport to travel to office/depot.

Responsibilities

• Earn while you learn, combining paid work with structured training to develop practical, in-demand skills for a career in civil construction.
• Hands-on experience and training while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.
• Gaining industry experience within a NSW Government agency while building your future in a growing field.
• Programme based in Narrabri, commencing March 2027.
