Job summary

Tatachilla Lutheran College, located near Adelaide, seeks an experienced Early Learning Centre Director to provide strategic leadership for the ELC and ensure high-quality education compliant with relevant laws and standards.

You will lead educational programs, support families and staff, and drive continuous improvement while upholding the college’s Christian ethos and educational philosophy.

Qualifications

• Degree or 3–4 year Early Childhood qualification, or AQF Advanced Diploma.
• Experience leading in Early Childhood settings.
• Current SA Teacher’s Registration and WWCC/Compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership of the ELC.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality early childhood education.
• Oversee compliance with National Quality Framework and regulations.
• Lead staff development and performance reviews.
• Foster partnerships with families and the wider community.
