anzuk Education Adelaide, SA, AU is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Centre Assistant Director to join the northern suburbs team. You will support the Centre Director in daily operations, mentor staff, and engage with families to foster a warm, inclusive learning environment.

This role focuses on coaching educators, upholding EYLF and NQS standards, building strong community connections, and driving program quality and continual improvement in a well-resourced centre.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved) required.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Standards.
• Leadership experience in a long-day-care setting.
• Excellent communication with families and staff.
