The ELC Director provides strategic leadership and operational management to ensure Christ-centred early childhood education, regulatory compliance, staff recruitment, development and mentoring, and oversight of EYLF and NQF programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in early learning leadership.
• Knowledge of EYLF and NQF.
• Strong communication and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership and operational management of the ELC.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and EYLF/NQF alignment.
• Staff recruitment, development and mentoring.
• Oversee educational programs as Nominated Supervisor.
• Ensure health and safety, financial performance, and family engagement.
