Uniting Limited in Horsham, Victoria is seeking an Early Help Practitioner to support families and children with strengths-based, early intervention services. The role covers Horsham and surrounding communities and offers part-time or full-time arrangements in a flexible setup.

You will deliver short-term interventions, partner with schools and community services, and coordinate referrals to local supports to help families thrive.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering short-term, evidence-informed interventions.
• Ability to work with children, young people and families.
• Knowledge of child safety and relevant legislative frameworks.
• Experience partnering with schools and community services.

Responsibilities

• Provide early help and short-term support to families and children.
